Tai Chi

Tai Chi is a deeply meditative practice that simultaneously calms your mind and strengthens your body.

In my classes you will learn how to move better, improve your posture and your balance but my main focus is on relaxation.

Tai Chi is extremely good for your physical and mental health. Regular practice can be life changing!

Hypnotherapy

Hypnotherapy is a very powerful tool for change. In a deeply relaxed state, it is possible to re-program your mind and change negative thought patterns. 

My sessions involve talking, trance work and sound.

I help my clients develop a habit of solution-focused thinking and  as a result they are able to overcome all manner of challenges.

Vibro Acoustic Therapy

Relax deeply with the power of sound. My custom massage table has special Audio Transducers​ attached which means that you can feel music.

I compose my own tracks using frequencies, tones and sounds that are particularly conducive to relaxation. The Bass frequencies vibrate through the table into your body, giving you a gentle sound massage.
